       -  readings are scheduled and paid for in advance.

       -  sessions may be cancelled with 100% refund if cancellation is in writing and with a 24 hour notice.

       - any session cancelled due to a non-emergency and with less than a 24 hour notice given is subject to a 50% cancelation fee
